Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to service on Saturday, October 29th.
Burial: Old Field Memorial Gardens - Baxley, GA.
On Monday October 17, 2016 Ernest Mobley made the transition from Earth to Glory at his residence in Washington, D.C. Ernest was born on December 7, 1935 in Wayne County, Georgia to the late Volney and Dinah Reddish.
Ernest Mobley was preceded in death by a sister: Ms. Erma Lee Mobley. He attended school in Wayne and Appling County, Georgia. After finishing school, he worked in construction in the early sixties.
He met and married Ernestine Elliott and moved to Washington, D.C. where he worked for a paving construction company and the City of D.C.
Ernest Mobley leaves to cherish his memories six sisters: Mrs. Elouise Givens, Washington, D.C., Mrs. Ora Mae Burnett, Mizpah, N.J., Ms. Christine Mobley, Mrs. Daisy Reynolds, Mrs. Mary Richburg, Ms. Sara Mobley all of Baxley, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
