Mrs. Earnestine Slay Williams

Sis. Earnestine Slay Williams was born to the parentage of the late Mr. Eddie Slay and the late Mrs. Nellie Slay Francis in Alma, Georgia on November 28, 1939. Sis. Williams attended the First African Baptist Church in Alma and also attended the Bacon County School System.

She was married to the late John Henry Williams and the late Wilbert Williams, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Florence Williams; son: Jeffery Williams; special aunt: Willie Mae Blash; sisters: Lillie Bell Jones and Elizabeth Williams. Brothers: James Edward Slay and Bailey Charles Francis; aunts: Fannie Mack and Corine Stephen.

Sis. Earnestine Slay Williams leaves to cherish her beautiful memories her children: Wilbert Williams, Jr., Terry Williams both of Alma, GA. and Janie Lou (David) Pickett of Jesup, GA.

Sisters: Dorothy (William) Wright of Baxley, GA., Rosezina (Clark) Williams of Miami, FL., Patricia Francis of Douglas, GA. and Dorothy (George) Riggs of Waycross, GA.

Brothers: Willie Paul Frances of Douglas, GA., Henry Lee Frances of West Palm Beach, FL., James (Eva) Blash of Miami, FL. and Larry (Elaine) Blash of Miami, FL. Uncle: Willie Mabry, Sr. of Brunswick, GA.

Special cousins: Louise (Issac) Myers of Brunswick, GA., Ruby Jean Taylor of Valdosta, GA., Willie Mabry, Jr. of Alma, GA. and Delores Moss of Baxley, GA.

One grandchild: Jacqueline Williams and two God daughters: Alexis King and Breeona Linder both of Alma, GA. along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
